True to our charitable aims, we explicitly seek to build your capacity to develop, run and evaluate your own engagement processes.
Achieving this goal takes many forms, including an exciting new programme of open courses, bespoke in-house training, coaching and mentoring. We also build learning and development into our engagement projects so that you are left with new skills and knowledge to run future processes yourself.
Our extensive range of open courses will equip you with the theory and skills to engage with your stakeholders in a meaningful and productive way. Our trainers are experienced practitioners who understand the challenges of engagement first hand. We also provide bespoke in-house training for organisations with specific needs, which can be more economical (given a certain number of staff) but more importantly allows us to provide you with a truly tailor-made course. Coaching and mentoring can be one-off or on-going support, allowing you to gradually build up confidence and experience with our support.
