Evaluation
Whilst engagement is often about beginning a process of dialogue between interested parties, our work also focuses on more tangible outputs. All our engagement activities are driven by clear, measurable objectives. We then evaluate against these objectives to measure the quality and effectiveness of the engagement activity. We evaluate all our engagement projects to build up an evidence base of our impact, as well as improve our own practice and continually develop our Evaluation Guidance Tool.
