On the day itself, our trained facilitators lead participants through a carefully designed process.  We enable the process to be adapted to suit emerging needs whilst ensuring the day stays focussed. We help stakeholders to build relationships whilst working towards the desired outcome. We have considerable experience in helping stakeholders to have constructive discussions around contentious and complex subjects.

We facilitate meetings with many different and diverse stakeholder groups, ranging from communities to businesses to government bodies, and help to ensure that power imbalances are addressed to enable all stakeholders to have their say.

Our facilitators also understand the subtleties of communicating with different audiences and will work hard to gain the trust and respect of participants to ensure that they can focus on the issue rather than be distracted by the process. We use our experience to judge when to appear ‘invisible’ and leave stakeholders with the sense that they have been in charge of the day themselves. Equally, we know when to be more directive. Our focus is on both the outcomes required and a satisfactory day for all participants.
