Good Governance: Business planning
About This Course
"Working in partnership", "involving people" and "sustainable development" are phrases we've all heard many times before. And yet a new phrase has appeared on the horizon: "good governance". So what is it? In simple terms: we need to continue to involve people and work in partnership to effect sustainable development, but we need the right tools. Business Plans are one such tool.

The course assumes some experience of working in partnership. It will help you to develop a simple business plan or business case. It will give you the confidence to sell your ideas to external partners and be equally useful for internal meetings.
