Good Governance: Financial planning

About This Course

"Working in partnership", "involving people" and "sustainable development" are phrases we've all heard many times before. And yet a new phrase has appeared on the horizon: good governance. So what is it? In simple terms: we need to continue to involve people and work in partnership to effect sustainable development - but we need the right tools. This course builds on another course at TEC, Good Governance: business planning, and looks specifically at financial planning, which is essential to both a well-managed project and a well-managed business, whatever its focus.
