Tim has wide experience of designing and delivering facilitation, helping stakeholders with disparate perspectives to build shared understanding, and collectively develop practical and sustainable agreements.

His experience working for the Bupa Group for 8 years along with his postgraduate degree in Business Psychology will surely benefit TEC's work.

He will be leading on the development and delivery of strategic engagement, positioning The Environment Council as the known charity to engage people in developing well informed, shared and therefore sustainable outcomes. Tim will also provide leadership in the development and implementation of an expanding range of stakeholder engagement and public participation tools and their application in the resolution of environmental and sustainability issues. Another core area of work is the project management and lead delivery on the design and faciliation of engagement events.
