In August, The Environment Council (TEC) launched an online survey about the UK’s nuclear energy policy. The charity wants to find out how much people feel included in decisions about the future of nuclear power. So far 500 people have taken part.

How much does the British public feel they have an influence on nuclear energy in the UK? The TEC online survey is a short “pulse check” of the nation.

Give us your views! Our survey runs until the end of September 2011.

Based on the survey findings plus other research into how stakeholders are involved in decisions on nuclear policy, TEC will make recommendations to Government on how to ensure there is an authentic engagement process for nuclear energy policy.

The Environment Council is an independent charity established in 1986. Applying the Principles of Authentic Engagement, The Environment Council is the UK's leading charity focused on engaging people for sustainable development.
