As well as a regular programme of one-day courses we develop in-house, bespoke courses tailored to your specific needs, whether you’re a large business, a community group or a public service.
We’ve been on the cutting edge of stakeholder dialogue for twenty years – we base all our training on our Principles of Authentic Engagement and our practical experience.

All courses are held at National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO) near Kings Cross, London.
Fees: Full day - NGO £300 / Public Sector £350 / Private Sector £450
Half day - NGO £175 / Public Sector £200 / Private Sector £250
Terms and Conditions:
1. You will be sent an invoice prior to attending the course.
2. If you cancel within 2 weeks before the course date - 100% fees are payable.
3. If you defer your attendance to the next course within two weeks of the original date- we will re-book you subject to availability and a charge of £50.
