Open Course Programme
As a learning organisation, The Environment Council has been at the cutting edge of public dialogue and stakeholder engagement for over 20 years. We are leaders in the ongoing identification and development of the skills, knowledge and capacity required to drive forward sustainability in all sectors, across a wide variety of contemporary issues. All our trainers work on live projects and so are able draw on their practical experience of managing and facilitating complex, multi-stakeholder engagment processes and public dialogues.
The open course programme will train you in core skills that are easily transferrable to other sectors and professions and which will aid personal development. These include stakeholder analysis, practical facilitation, running and managing dialogue, evaluating engagement processes, managing organisational change, group dynamics and project management.
