Our preparation includes researching the best venue in terms of access, comfort and catering. We are accustomed to working with a wide range of budgets and can offer a creative solution for most logistical challenges! We ensure that all stakeholders have clear, timely information sent to them and that individual contact is made where necessary. Our staff remain available for queries throughout the process.

On the day, we pay attention to small details often overlooked at events and keep monitoring participants body language and other feedback to ensure we have got it right.

Following the event we produce and circulate reports and other communications as agreed on the day.

All of our activities are carried out in the most environmentally friendly way possible, with the aim for our work to become carbon neutral.  We encourage venues and participants to support this aim.
