The Naked Facilitator
About This Course
What does it feel like to stand in front of a group knowing that you are the facilitator? A bit out of your comfort zone? Naked, even? What differentiates this facilitation skills course from other events in our programme is that on day one, you, the learners, will decide the learning content and process. The benefits of this approach are twofold: you will learn from the experience of building the programme together and you will also be able to consolidate your existing knowledge and techniques and learn new skills. You will be supported and guided at all times by our experienced facilitators.
Level
This course assumes that participants will have completed a foundation course in the theory and skills of facilitation e.g. The Environment Council's Essential Facilitation Skills course or equivalent, and that they have applied their skills and knowledge for at least 12 months. If you are still unsure whether or not this is the right course for you, please contact TEC.
